Hanging Bricks for Heating Furnaces

Product introduction

Product Features: The roof bricks for heating furnaces are manufactured using anchoring (hanging) technology, with white corundum, premium-grade calcined bauxite, andalusite, mullite, and fireclay as the primary raw materials, combined with a small amount of soft-bonding clay. The bricks are formed under high pressure and sintered at elevated temperatures. The main mineral phases in the product are mullite and corundum, giving it excellent thermal shock resistance and stability at high temperatures.
