Alumina Hollow Sphere Brick

Product introduction

Alumina hollow-sphere bricks are lightweight, high-temperature-resistant, and highly energy-efficient refractory materials that exhibit exceptional stability under a wide range of atmospheres. These bricks are suitable for use in high-temperature, energy-saving kilns—such as updraft kilns, shuttle kilns, molybdenum-wire furnaces, tungsten-rod furnaces, induction furnaces, and nitriding furnaces—where they can significantly reduce furnace weight, optimize structural design, conserve materials, and achieve substantial energy savings. Zirconia hollow-sphere products, entirely fabricated from zirconia hollow spheres, boast excellent high-temperature strength and a stable pore structure, making them ideal as thermal insulation materials for components such as furnace roofs in ultra-high-temperature equipment, including medium-frequency high-temperature furnaces, carbon-black reaction furnaces, tungsten-rod furnaces, and molybdenum furnaces.
