Product Features: The low-creep, low-porosity coke oven grate bricks are manufactured using premium-grade calcined aluminous bauxite, mullite, and coke-derived corundum as the primary raw materials, with the addition of “three stones” and soft-bonding clay. The bricks are formed under high pressure and sintered at elevated temperatures. The principal mineral phase is mullite, giving the product outstanding high-temperature physical properties, including low creep, high load softening temperature, low porosity, and excellent thermal stability.
