The company was founded in 1958 (formerly known as Dengfeng Refractory Material Factory). In 2001, under the coordination of the Municipal Party Committee, the Municipal Government, and the Municipal Economic Commission, the company invested 30 million yuan to merge the local state-owned Dengfeng Clay Mine Special Refractory Material General Factory to form Henan Dengfeng Guangda Refractory Co., Ltd, Ltd. The registered capital is 60 million yuan. The new company now has fixed assets of 80 million yuan. The company has a total of 158 employees, covering an area of 66,000 square meters, with an annual production capacity of 60,000 tons.

During normal production, the temperature of the furnace mouth refractory lining is relatively high.
The main reasons for the damage to the refractory lining of the gasifier's furnace mouth are as follows: Excessive thermal stress. Due to the cooling effect of the Texaco burner cooling coil, the upper part of the furnace mouth brick maintains a relatively low temperature, while the lower part of the furnace mouth brick maintains a high temperature due to the high-temperature radiation and high-temperature gas convection in the furnace. Because the temperature difference between the upper and lower ends is large, it is easy to cause excessive thermal stress and cracking of the furnace mouth brick.
